Terms & Conditions

1. All participants are requested to strictly follow the rules of the venue at all time.
 
2. Only dance shoes or soft sole sneakers are allowed at the venue during Workshops, Socials and Parties
 
3. Current Local rules and regulations should be adhered to as required by the Organizer and venue.
 
4. The Organizer is not responsible for any lost items left unsecured at the venue.
 
5. During party time in the evening, security will be entitled to check your bags if asked (no drinks or food are allowed).
 
6. Once purchased, the tickets are non transferrable and non-refundable. Although In the case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, all tickets will be refunded.

 

7. In the case of refunds, All refunds will be at the value price of the ticket purchased and will not include any service charges incurred at the time of payment.
 
8. All participants MUST wear the wrist band AT ALL TIMES. Failing to wear your wrist band may disallow you to enter the venue by the organizers/security. If you lose your wrist band, new wrist band will cost at the full festival pass price.

9. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entries which are not in the best interests of the festival.
 
10. Smoking is not allowed inside the festival venue (unless in the designated area). We operate a strict zero tolerance drugs policy. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission, ejected from the Venue without a refund and may also be liable for prosecution. If you are suspected of using and/or supplying illegal substances, you may be selected an enhanced search in a private area. Failure to comply or cooperate will result in you being ejected from the Venue without a refund.
 
11. Any violent action will be reported to venue security which can result in contacting the local authorities.
 
12. Any resolution to conflicts among festival participants will be decided upon by the Organizers at their discretion. Organizers will act in line with the spirit of the festival.
 
13. Attendees causing damage to festival and/or venue properties will be subject to reimbursement based on the local Law.
 
14. To ensure all the attendees enjoy high quality, balanced and safe workshops, the Organizers reserve the right to restrict the number of participants per workshop.

15. Professional photography or videography equipment is only allowed for our official media team and authorized individuals. Any participant that interrupts or gets in the way of our official media team will be asked to leave the event without any refunds. 

 

16. Outside branding & handouts from other brands like merchandise to our guests are not allowed without approval. If any participant seen doing this, they will be asked to leave immediately. 
 
16. Even though Organizers take necessary measures they are not responsible for “artists no show” situations. There will be no reimbursement for tickets due to “artist no-show”.
